Cast-Iron Sourdough
Our Sourdough bread is baked in small batches, about 3 dozens a day. We prefer traditional dutch ovens rather than expansive deck ovens with auto-loaders — because it’s really fun to pull the lids off every morning and see how the transformation has gone.
Award-Winning Pastries
Our aim is to continuously push the boundaries of our craft by creating unique pastries such as the Turmeric Monkey Bread, Orange-Blossom & Zaata’ar croissant or Taco-Croissant aka TACRO.
California Inspired Brunch
From Avocado toast to Breakfast salads, we got you covered with our California-inspired menu. We favor the best ingredients following the seasons and we work everything by hand. Sourdough, pastries, falafels, hot sauce, you name it, it’s all made right here.
Coffee & Tea
For Vive’s beverage program, we’ve partnered with like-minded friends. We partner with Sightglass Roastery to provide the best coffees and we source outstanding teas from August Uncommon.
