Located in a former printing house, and surrounded by museums, live/work lofts and start-ups, our original location offers a break from the hustle and bustle of downtown San Francisco.

The bakery’s interior, designed by our co-founder Arnaud, integrates Danish mid-century design, Japanese wabi-sabi and industrial soul. Polished concrete covers the entire floor, creating unity across the 4,000 square foot space. A copper-clad counter displays unique creations and act as a partition between the bakery and the cafe. The rough and sculptural industrial vibe is balanced by the warmth of oak tables, benches and stools. A three-tiered platform offers a unique look into the activities of the bakery, where our bread and pastries are crafted by hand, every single day.
