Cast-Iron Sourdough

Our sourdough bread is baked in small batches, about 3 dozens a day. We prefer traditional dutch ovens rather than expansive deck ovens with auto-loaders — because it’s really fun to pull the lids off every morning and see how the transformation has gone.

Handmade Pastries

Our aim is to continuously push the boundaries of our craft by creating unique pastries such as the Turmeric Monkey Bread, Orange-Blossom & Zaata’ar croissant or Taco-Croissant aka TACRO®.

California Inspired Brunch

From avocado toast to breakfast salads, we got you covered with our California-inspired menu. We favor local, in season ingredients that we work by hand, because it makes all the difference. Bread, custards, falafels, hot sauce, you name it, it’s all made right here.
